Current roomies are Olga (27), Gela (33) and our cat Helenka (5). We've been living here for two years and we love our little sanctuary ❤️ We’re crafty, neurodivergent nerds who value a peaceful environment, mutual respect, and spending quality time together. We're excited to welcome someone who we can share our home with :) You can move in immediately, but we’re happy to wait a little longer for the right person.Location: Grønlandsleiret 27, 8th floor with an elevator.Layout: 90m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 basement storage rooms, and a combined living room/kitchen. The apartment has a modern style and high standard.The room for rent is 3.3m x 2m (6.6m2)Rent: 8,000 NOK/month. Deposit is 32,000 NOK (can be paid in two installments).Cat: Helenka is very independent and takes her time warming up to strangers.
