Looking fo a roomie for a queer collective with a cat :) We're looking for a roomie to join our cozy, body and sex positive queer kollektiv at Grønlandsleiret. Current roomies are Olga (27), Gela (33) and our cat Helenka (5). We've been living here for two years and we love our little sanctuary ❤️ We’re crafty, neurodivergent nerds who value a peaceful environment, mutual respect, and spending quality time together. We're excited to welcome someone who we can share our home with :) You can move in immediately, but we’re happy to wait a little longer for the right person.Location: Grønlandsleiret 27, 8th floor with an elevator.Layout: 90m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 basement storage rooms, and a combined living room/kitchen. The apartment has a modern style and high standard.The room for rent is 3.3m x 2m (6.6m2)Rent: 8,000 NOK/month. Deposit is 32,000 NOK (can be paid in two installments).Cat: Helenka is very independent and takes her time warming up to strangers.
