Stort rom i kollektiv i Sagene/Bjølsen We are looking for a new housemate in our small collective (three people) in Bjølsen/Sagene. It's a large double room with central heating and its own small entrance area with great sound insulation. We have a shared kitchen/dining area, and TWO bathrooms (luxury)! You will be living with two Norwegians, a man and a woman aged 30 - one is Masters student and the other who recently moved in is working in environmental sciences. Both are left-leaning, laid back types curious about art, film and theatre and are fluent in Norwegian and English (one in German). Preferably you are a similar age between 28-35. We are looking for someone who is actively contributing to a cosy, clean home with shared cleaning and responsibilities. It's not a party house, more of a having friends over for dinner from time to time and enjoying a cup of coffee together, a catch-up in the kitchen. No pets or smoking in the house. There is the option for some furniture/bed on discussion with our housemate who is moving out. Internet+electricity isn't included, roughly 500 NOK each extra a month. Heating is communal, gets billed every quarter or thereabouts. Cheaper than electric and much warmer in the winter! There's a communal wash room in the basement and plenty of storage room for your bike/skis/what have you.Please write to us letting us know a little about yourself, what you do and what you want from living in our small collective.
