Age range 23-33.The bedrooms for rent are 14 sqm and 7sqm. The small has a single bed, desk, closet and bookshelves and is available from the 6th of November. The big has a double bed, closet and bookshelf and is available from the 1st of December.The area is very peaceful and safe, with norwegian-style red wooden houses and it is only a 7 min walk to a shopping center with cafes and restaurants, Kiwi, Meny, Clas Ohlson, Cutters, Normal, Deichman, etc. From there you can also take the train to Oslo S (14min) or express bus (19min).Shared are:- a full bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub- a separate WC- a separate machine room with washing machine and drier- a large kitchen- a living room with a bigger TV now (not in the pictures). From the living room you can see the Holmenkollen ski jump- a big balcony where you can barbeque and see a tiny bit of the fjord- a garden around the house with flowers and fruit trees (residents will need to cut the grass every 2 months in the summer)Inviting friends over for lunch/dinner/hangout or spend the night is ok as long as the others are ok with it.Common sense and respect for others applies in the kollektiv, as you won't be living alone and the rooms share walls.The deposit is two months rent and looking for people who wish to rent long term, but there is no formal minimum stay.
