We have a common living room and a shared basement downstairs where you can put your stuff. The balcony is for a common use, but we need to pass the room that is now rented by another girl to access it. Kitchen is fully equipped.The apt is at the forth floor, unfortunately no elevator.The rent is 6250 kr all included (internet as well) and needs to be paid to our landlord on the 25th of the previous month.
