Room in a shared big apartment (SHORT-TERM) My husband and I just moved to a place with 3 bedroom, where we plan to use one of them for visits and for when we have a baby at some time. Considering so, we are open to hosting occasionally roommates in this bedroom for short-term, offering a price that is a lot cheaper than Airbnb.Place will be available around February 25th. Ideally would be to have someone for at least one month, but we can consider on a week by week basis, but with a different price.The apartment is quite big and cozy. The view is very nice in my opinion. We have some high tech appliances too, like a big humidifier and air purifier for the living room. temperature controlled kettle, and an 85 inches TV. There is a private fridge for the roommate. The dishwasher and washing machine is really good, we just don't have a dryier. The shower is amazing, with great pressure and tons of hot water (like, no issue in running out of hot water). The apartment is on 3rd floor, but there is an elevator, and there is no neighbors above or below us. Right now we don't have that many photos, because we are still organizing, but you could come visit too.- Bedroom: it includes a 150cm bed, a lamp, a bed stand, a desk (with some decoration), a chair, two rugs, and a wardrobe. We also offer the bed items (pillow and so on), and we could also give you 2-3 towels for you to use during your stay. The location is also good, above a grocery store and 2 minutes walking from the bus stop.There is no garage, but there is a shared parking spot across the street for temporary guests. There is also a shared terrace with a 360 view, in case you like to see auroras.The price of 9800 NOK includes internet, water, but not electricity, which would be shared between 3 people at the end of the month.Deposit is 4000 NOK, that will be given back in case there is no damage at the apartment or appliances.We can consider pets too, upon a different price of rent and deposit, but not guaranteed.We only have one important request: not cooking seafood in the apartment, due to smell sensitivity that I have.We are looking for someone with a good sense of co-living and cleaning after themselves. Someone friendly and respectful, with no prejudice against other cultures and people.My husband is from NY and I am from Brazil. We like to watch movies, travel and make friends. My husband loves to cook, so he will be in the kitchen a lot. On the good side, if we become friends, he wouldn't mind cooking for three here and there haha. I am a PhD candidate, so I have a very crazy schedule. He is still waiting for his work permit, so for now he is home. We are both very respectful and open-minded.
