And you could be our 3rd roommate.The electricity share comes monthly and is about 500kr on winter, and much lower the rest of the year.The room is ready to be taken from the 1st of May 2026.There’s a chance to move by the 17th of April with no additional cost on April, except electricity share for the period days of occupation, the normal monthly payments run from the 1st of May.A 12,000 kr deposit is required + the first month rent payment at least a week before moving in.This is a quiet apartment for a person searching for privacy, peace, and tranquility.
