Renting out a beautiful and cozy new apartment in Grunerloka for 6 months. Hi, My name is Ankita (f/30) and I am a researcher at UiO. I share a beautiful and welcoming apartment with Simon (m/30) who also works at UiO. Simon is moving out soon so we are looking for a new roommate to take his room. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a side table, a closet and heater. The apartment too has been furnished by us and includes all utilities, including a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Hot water and internet is included in the rent. Electricity is shared between the two. We have been living together for a year and have enjoyed our time here. The apartment is located in the heart of Grunerloka and is close to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants and pubs in the area. At the same time, it is very calm and quiet in the apartment complex. It is extremely well connected by trams 11, 12, 18 which take you directly to the city centre, majorstuen and Oslomet and UiO. Bus number 21,28, 30 are all walking distance. If you are a clean, calm person who is looking for a short-term rental, this place is for you.
