Your flat mate will be Mario. I am 28, from Italy. I have been living in Norway since 2024 and currently work at the University of Oslo. I am subletting the room in this nice apartment. I am looking for someone who wants to maintain a pleasant and friendly environment, but also enjoys a quiet and calm apartment, especially during the week. Apartment: - Apartment Size: 52m² - Fully equipped kitchen - Appliances: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. - I also have a piano. - Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi - Heating: included in rent. - The furniture will change slightly from the pictures. Room: - Bedroom Size: 8m² - Furnished: desk, chair, bed, mattress, pillows, drawer. - Large window providing plenty of natural light. Location: - 150m to KIWI, 550m to REMA1000, 350m to Extra, 500m to Birkelunden park. - Walking distance to many transport options. 2 minutes from Københavngata stop (bus 20, 21, 28 and Flybussen) and from Dælenenga stop (bus 30). 5 minutes from Birkelunden stop (tram 12, 15, 18). 8 minutes from Carl Berners plass (large number of transport options including T-bane). - Friendly neighborhood with a vibrant community atmosphere, with bars and restaurants. Rent Details: - Monthly Rent: 9300 NOK per month (including heating). - Bills: There are additional bills such as electricity, content insurance and internet. The invoice will be sent out every month and the price is divided by 2 equally.
