Hi! I'm looking for a new roommate from January 1st to June 30th, 2025. The apartment is within walking distance to the bus stop, Stoltzen, Fløyen, the city center, and local shops. The bus takes 5 minutes to NHH, where I currently study. The apartment is on a raised first floor, with a view of the sea. It has a cozy balcony and a shared outdoor area.Please note that the interior will look different as the photos are from the previous owner.
