Hey! We have a 10 sq meter room available in our apartment in St. Hanshaugen from June 1st 2025. The room has a build-in closet, a large window and a lot of natural light. The room is unfurnished, but there is a possibility to buy some of the furniture from the previous tenant (bed, desk, chair). The apartment has three bedrooms so you will be living with Oliver (he/they; 35 years old) and Sam (he/him; 32 years old). Sam is from the Netherlands. In his free time, he likes to go to the gym, Oslo Queer Street Basketball, and sip specialty coffee. He works as a Researcher at the University of Oslo. Oliver is a comic artist who works part time at a school. He spends a lot of his time drawing, reading, watching movies and fighting for a more just world. We share a living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and large basement storage. We live in a central area, walking distance to most things in Oslo. The building is very quiet and peaceful. We are looking for a trans and/or queer room mate. We speak English in the house and share cleaning duties. We are pretty relaxed and laid-back people and looking for someone to turn this apartment into a cozy home. Long term tenancy preferred (> 1 year). The rent does not include electricity (we split the bill based on the size of the rooms, for your room it will range from 200 NOK in Summer to max. 1000 NOK in Winter).
