Hei As one of our flatmates is moving out of this lovely flat in February, we are renting out one bedroom from (can be later in March/April). The flat has 3 bedrooms and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is located at Torggata 36a, 0183. About the flat: the rented bedroom WITH 2 WINDOWS (Facing the backyard, so it is quiet from the busy Torggata) will be partially furnished with a closet and a table. Moreover, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. will be shared for all (we bought and shared the cost by ourselves). Heating, internet and TV are included in the rent. Electricity bill will be split between us 3 every month. Average consumption of the flat based on historical data is around 600 kW per month, that is, maximum share is 300kr per month (heating is included so the bill is even low in winter).
