I’m leaving Ås, because I should move to north and my room at Torderudveien 27 in the Ås, will be available to rent from the 1st of October. The house has two floors, with four rooms on each floor, so you will be sharing the space with seven other nice people who are either students at NMBU or working professionals. The rent is 4200 NOK per month, plus approximately 200 NOK for electricity. The deposit is 12,000 NOK. The house features two bathrooms, two showers, a nice yard, a kitchen, a dining room, laundry room with washing and drying machines and a spacious living room with a TV and everything you need for comfortable living. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the bus station for easy access to Ås or Ski. Please note that no pets are allowed, and the new tenant should be calm and considerate.
