The room is located on the 1st floor of the apartment in old, wooden house on Vålerenga. It's furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelf and small table. Bathroom is around 5m2, it has floor heating. There's 2 bathrooms in total but one of these is accesible through the biggest room. There's 6 room in total - 4 occupied (including the one in the ad), one storage room and spacious living room with kitchen. We're international collective, one of us is moving out and we're looking for replacement. We're ~25y, 2 people from Poland and 1 from Portugal, we speak English and litt norsk but still learning. We enjoy spending time together but we understand the need for privacy and space. Keeping the space clean and neat is also really important for us. Overall we're all pretty easy going, ociassional home parties are also okay if everyone agrees :) The location is extremely well communicated, there's also everything you need in the ~500m radius: • Bus stop ( buses, 24/7 10min bus to sentrum) • Ensjø t-bahne metro station • Green park 10m from the house • 2 Kiwi stores, Extra, Rema • Fresh Fitness and SATS The rent is 7k NOK, deposit is 12k.
