Hi everyone! I'm currently looking for a new roommate to share my apartment. I’m renting the place myself, and my previous roommate just moved out, so I’m looking for someone to take their spot. The apartment is a two-bedroom unit with a spacious living room, located in the cosy Stølen area, just five minutes above Bryggen. It’s fully furnished and offers a great view. A bit about me: I’m 29 and I recently completed my PhD in space physics at UiB and am now working as an early-career researcher, which keeps me quite busy. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, sailing, hiking, and I’m always up for a jump in the sea. At home, I value a calm and relaxed atmosphere, though I do enjoy inviting friends over occasionally. I’m also committed to living an eco-friendly lifestyle, as I’m deeply concerned about the environment. I should mention that the landlord has been very specific about keeping things super calm and quiet since the neighbourhood is quite sensitive to noise. So while I’m generally easygoing, I’m looking for someone who is serious, responsible and appreciates a peaceful living space. I’m handling the search for a new roommate, but the chosen person will need to meet with the landlord to finalise everything and sign a proper contract.
