Room in central residence with garden This is the perfect place to stay if you are a exchange student/full time looking for accommodation in Trondheim! The room is in a cozy collective by the river Nidelven - very centrally located. There are 5 kind people who share the common areas. We share - a kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher (luxury) - two bathrooms/toilet - a cozy living room with a relaxing sofa - garden with table, chairs and lots of sunshine . - a washing machine - tumble dryer - storage room in the basement The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. I will of course bring my other things with me. Where is it? - 2 minutes walk to bustop (Gudurs Gate) - 10 minutes on foot from the Center/ Prinsens Gate - 8 minutes on foot to Samfundet and Gløshaugen Not included in the rent - Internet cost NOk100/month - Electricity, which is paid evenly between those who live here - usually NOK 100/month.
