Rom i bofellesskap, Fjordgata 70B, Trondheim | Rom i bofellesskap til leie i Trondheim | 325291

Available room in cozy apartment in Midtbyen We are looking for someone who wants to move into our cozy apartment! Our balcony is not only a great spot for the summer, to watch the midnight sun and the fjord, but if you are lucky, you can even see the northern lights from here! The room in question is approximately 10 m2 and comes with a mattress and closet, which belongs to the flat. It is especially cozy with the wooden beams! The room will be available from 1st of January. The rest of the apartment has an open and spacious layout with a big kitchen and living room area, as well as a big bathroom. There is also a balcony overlooking the canal and the fjord, with a spacious place to sit. The apartment is located in the middle of Midtbyen, with everything being within a short walking distance – grocery stores, shopping areas, restaurants and nightlife, gyms, etc. Central public transportation hubs are also very close by, including the train station and Værnesekspressen. Yet, we are never troubled with any noise, as the apartment is facing the fjord and quiet surroundings. The apartment is perfect for students and young professionals. Most of NTNU’s campuses (Gløshaugen, Kalvskinnet, Øya, and Olavskvartalet) as well as BI are within walking distance, and other campuses like Dragvoll are easily accessible by bus. If you work in the city center, you will also have a really short walking distance. So who are we? - Torun (21), from Gothenburg, Sweden. She studies nanotechnologie at NTNU. She likes reading and climbing and plays the clarinet. She also enjoys crocheting and knitting on a quiet night on the couch instead of going out and drinking. She is a morning person and sometimes goes out jogging in the mornings. - Ella (30) is from France and works here as a chemical engineer since March 2023. She lives with us part-time and is travelling between Norway and France. When she is here, she likes hiking and baking, and I would love to share these hobbies with a new flatmate! - Sander (24), from Norway and moved to Trondheim in 2023. He is currently studying music and does some freelance. Otherwise he enjoys cooking and tabletop games. So who are you? - Calm and friendly - Considerate and respectful – everyone should be able to feel at home! - Intend to live here for a long period, minimum 6 months. (notice periode is 3 months ) - Ready to have a contract starting the first of January. - Not too tall* *The ceiling height in the apartment is lower than usual, with the maximum height being 2.06m, but there are beams throughout the apartment making the ceiling height in some areas as low as 1.8m. Other facilities in the apartment include: - Fully furnished kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave) - Fully furnished bathroom with appliances (toilet, shower, bathtub, washing machine) - Internet and TV subscription - Private balcony and a shared outdoor space down by the canal - Access to a shared storage unit for bicycles etc. - Private storage unit in the apartment
