We have a room available in our collective starting from . The apartment is very central, close to St. Olav's Church and 10 minutes away from NationalTheatre and Oslo S. The Tinghuset tram stop is a 4-minute walk away. The room is very bright, approximately 15m2 and on the third floor. The room is rented furnished with a bed, closet, wardrobe, mirror, lamp, table, chair, screen, small shelf, night table, like you see it on the pictures. The advance payment for the furniture is 1500kr. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, a large room and a separate equipped kitchen. We are preferably looking for a cheerful, polite and clean guy (25-35 years old) who is sociable and who also likes to spend time alone. Currently living here are Giulia (33 years old) who works in hospitality and as an Italian teacher, Alessandro (22 years old) who works in a kindergarden and studies violin and Carlota (31 years old) who works as a waitress. The monthly rent is 5848kr and a deposit of 15,687kr is required. Electricity is excluded and the internet subscription costs 170 kr each. We plan to organize viewings starting next week.
