The landlord has references from NTNU, lives in the neighborhood, and has a PhD from NTNU. It is an apartment with three bedrooms, a small living room, a bathroom separate from the toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is completely furnished. Rooms are fully furnished, including blankets, pillows, and bed linen. The beds are 120 cm wide. High-speed internet and washing machine, fridge, and oven are included in the price. Electricity is coming separately every month. You will be added to the Northern Lights alert chat. :) You can see them from the garden here often. The apartment is on the 5th floor, if you count the stairs in the garden. So it is some good exercise every day. You can see the apartment and choose your room via video call (WhatsApp, messenger) or visit in person. We use electronic contracts to keep you safe. If needed, I can also send you a scanned, signed paper version. Payment: The first payment has to be sent on contract signing day. The rent has always to be transferred 2 weeks before the month starts. Deposit solutions are flexible; we can figure something out together.
