Hi, I am subletting my furnished twin studio at a monthly rent of 6650kr including advance-paid electricity of 450kr. However if you cost lower or higher than the 450 kr limit, you will pay or get paid with the rest in total at the end of the rental. We can discuss the deposit needed. The period starts from November 1st, 2024 til the middle of April, 2025. The location is Vegamont 1R, a 10-minute bus from Gløshuaugen (the bus station is just at the opposite of the building). The house is furnished with kitchen (share with another girl who works as PhD at NTNU) and private bathroom. It has Meny, pharmacy, extra, kiwi, rema and Impulse just at the ground layer.
