Because of moving temporarily to the west coast, I'm subletting my studio flat in Vålerenga from February 2025 for about 1-2 months. Moving in and out date is flexible. The studio is furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a newly renovated bathroom, a fireplace, a 160 cm double bed, an eating corner and a private balcony surrounded by trees. There is a private washing machine in the basement and the possibility to dry clothes on the common loft. I will also make some space in a little private storage room on the loft. Heating, water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. Cozy location in a peaceful nabourhood in Vålerenga, close to the park. Public transport into city center: - Bus 37 (ca. 7 minutes by foot; stop "Vålerenga" or "Etterstadgata") - Bus 54 (ca. 10 minutes by foot; stop "Kværnerbyen") - Metro station "Ensjø" with several metro lines going into the city center every 2-5 minutes (ca. 10 minutes by foot Rema 1000 and Kiwi are nearby. My bike can be used during the entire stay :-)
