Bofellesskap 3+You (10K) (15m2) Sun drenched, spacious room with working fireplace, original fixtures and fittings (5,1 x 2,8 square meters). We are a collective of professional creatives. So if you are a creative yourself, or at least someone who appreciates creativity, you are welcome to reach out to us to find out more about our available room. We share a cozy kitchen with a lounge chair, table with 3 chairs and a large window that gets the morning sun. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. We have a dishwasher that we dont use. And the washroom has room for laundry. The washing machine works well but the dryer that didn`t come with the apartment is on the fritze. You, obviously, are kind, considerate and clean. The neighborhood we live in is ideal. It is between Solli Plass and Tjuvholmen. There is a swimming platform 7 minutes away. There is a basketball and football park 2 minutes away. There is a cute little cafe collective that sometimes makes fresh sourdough bread less than two minutes away. There is a Kiwi, Rema 2000 and a COOP within 10 minutes away. There is a SATS and a EVO within easy walking distance. FreshFitness and SiO are inconvenience, unfortunately. If you prefer outdoor exercise, there are 3 fitness parks with monkey bars within a 10 minute jog. There is also immediate access to a running and biking path, with views of the king`s summer residence. The apartment is right off of Bus 21, which connects all of the westward and eastward stratified public transportation in Oslo together. Within a 45 minute walk there is all of Aker Brygge, Frogner and Nationaltheatret through to Storting up to the king`s castle and the base of Majorstuen on Hegdehaugen. The best part is that you can step foot on a ferry boat that will take you to any of the islands off the coast of Oslo in 12 minutes, 15 if you stop for ice cream. Your move in date is August 1st, 2026 - just in time to enjoy the rest of a long summer. Text to arrange viewing.
