I am renting out the spare bedroom in my apartment, short term. The inhabitant will also have their own bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink. Furthermore, the bedroom is furnished with a bed and a large closet. Living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony will be shared. The only current inhabitant is the owner. Apartment is quite large (104 square meters) and will not feel cramped. There is also possibility to store larger belongings in private basement storage if necessary. Apartment is cleaned profesionally once every 2 weeks which is also included in the price, but of course daily, normal cleaning and orderliness is expected.
