​ Silje Vik ​ Hey! We have a room available in our cozy apartment at St. Hanshaugen from the first of July. The room is approximately 10 square meters, has a built in wardrobe and gets a lot of natural light in. The room is unfurnished, but there is a possibility to buy furniture from the previous tenant. The bed in the pictures of the room is m. The tenants share a big living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and basement storage. Even though we live super central, in walking distance to most things here in Oslo, the building is a very peaceful one which is very nice. Our lovely neighbours are also very peaceful. The apartment has three bedrooms so you would be living with Silje (30 years old) and Sam (31 years old). Silje is finishing her master degree in microelectronics and sensor technology at the University of Oslo this fall. She is Norwegian, and on her free time she likes hiking, cooking, strength training and hanging out with friends. Sam is doing their PhD in political psychology at the University of Oslo. They are Dutch, and do not speak Norwegian very well. In their free time, Sam likes sipping specialty coffee or craft beer, cooking, going to the gym or watching football, and playing games on the Nintendo Switch. We are looking for a social roomie who is up for common dinner and movie nights every once in a while. We like to organize small parties occasionally but are also fond of calm evenings in. Since Sam is Dutch, we speak English around the house, so this is something you should be comfortable with. The rent does not include electricity or internet bills but are shared by roomies. The room is available from 1. July, but this can possibly be postponed to 1. August if necessary. One of the occupied rooms is 30 square meters, and will be available in some months (early winter), so it will be possible to switch rooms.
