The apartment is newly renovated, with the bathroom practically brand new, equipped with a washing machine, drying machine and underfloor heating. The kitchen is also brand new with a dishwasher. Hot water and central heating are included, as are TV and internet. The smaller room is up for rent, but it comes with its own balcony that is exclusive to this room. It's currently furnished with a balcony sofa, table, and 2 chairs. The room is rented out unfurnished, but there is a simple wardrobe present. A bed + 2 IKEA cabinets are for sale if needed. There is also potential for additional storage space to be arranged in the hallway. The building has an elevator, and in the basement, you have access to a large storage unit. There's ample space for a lot. The apartment is very centrally located, with bus lines 54 and 34 running in both directions right outside the door. Moreover, tram lines 11, 12, and 18 are just a short walk away. Several grocery stores and the Food Hall (Mathallen) are also just a few meters away. The rent is NOK 9850 plus electricity. Electricity isn't expensive since central heating, hot water, TV, and internet are included :) The person staying in the apartment is Isa ( a quiet and tidy 32 year-old who works full-time.
