We’re looking for someone from 1st of July but the room is already free so if you need to move as soon as possible it could be possible. Deposit is 3 months that goes into a deposit account from the landlord and there is a formal contract. The previous tenant is willing to sell the bed and desk in the room for 500nok, but they can be replaced too. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
