That's what Betania, Rob, and I, Øyvind, did a few months ago too. We were looking for a place where we could live a bit socially, relax in the garden, bake in the kitchen, read books in the living room, and watch movies together without getting in each other's way. And on top of all this, it had to be central enough to enjoy the Oslo life. We didn't find that (surprise), but we found Solvikveien 3C, which has all this and more. We now rent it together and want to share it with two more people. Rob is a social and active guy who loves anything he can stand on with both feet and slide down frozen or flowing water. When he's not doing that, he's into movies, Mario Kart, lawn mowing, traveling, climbing, keeping plants alive, and his job as an engineer for Equinor. He also claims he's German, but we think he's almost as much British. Betania is from Venezuela and is super stoked about having her first real kitchen. I think we had lived here for barely 24 hours before she baked the first cake (which was insanely good). She has become a newly converted alpine skier, so we had quite a few trips to Tryvann and some cabin trips last winter. When she's not doing this, she loves movies, TikTok, and raccoons. She's a geophysicist working in data science for Equinor—yes, we know, it doesn't quite make sense. I, Øyvind, am the Norwegian alibi of the household. I’m a former paramedic but got a bit tired of the healthcare sector, so now I want to become a service designer to fix it instead. I enjoy the mountains all year round. I'm with the Red Cross Rescue Corps where I teach, guide, and generally have a good time. Rob and I chipped in for a half rack, so there’s some weightlifting in the garage too. Besides studying, I really enjoy starting practical small projects I rarely finish, sauna, skiing, some PC gaming, and DnD if the opportunity arises. We’re looking for someone who not only wants a place to live but also wants to share a home and contribute in their unique way to the community.
