It offers a pleasant view, being located in the hill of Nordstrand, and faces west in front of the fjord, making it bright in the afternoon and evening. The monthly rent includes all expenses (oil and electric heating system, electricity, and internet). A private parking space is also included.The apartment is fully equipped so you can move straight in:-Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, oven, and induction hob-Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe (bedding included)-Comfortable, warm and bright living room-Bathroom with a shower (towels provided), and underfloor heating-Washing machine (shared with one other apartment) in a common laundry roomAll amenities are close by: public transports (bus and tram), several grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, and are within a 5-minute walk.
