This single room is unfurnished, allowing you to furnish it as you like. You will share kitchen and bathroom with other 3-7 other students, but you will have your own fridge, sink and closet in your room. Some of the rooms also have a french balcony. The pictures of the residences are just examples of how the floor plan and appearance might look like in this type of housing. If you have a storage unit situated outside your residence, it is important that you use the unit that was appointed to your residence.
