Most flats have their storage room outside the housing unit, while some have the storage room inside the flat. The building has elevator and common laundry. It is not possible to install your own washingmachine or dishwasher in these flats.  The pictures of the residences are just examples of how the floor plan and appearance might look like in this type of housing. If you have a storage unit situated outside your residence, it is important that you use the unit that was appointed to your residence.
