The flat is just shared with another person, a Norwegian boy. Since are just 2 sharing the apartment is quite convinient for taking a shower or cooking. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and are big enough for 2. The apartment has already a fridge, vacuum cleaner and dishwasher. The room is 15m2, bigger than the average in student housing. The room has a loft concept, with the bed in the upper part, meaning there is plenty of space in the room to have a sofa, do yoga, have an extra desk or even host small gatherings. Laundry is located in Moholt Studentby across the street, as well as other Sit facilites as library, café, gym and social areas that you can have access. For just sharing with another person, the room is quite cheap (only 4750 NOK per month, including electricity), and well situated in a quiet area. The main bus stops are 5min from the place, to head to NTNU campuses Gløshaugen and Dragvoll or the city centre. Four main groceries shops are within a 5min to 8min walking (Rema, Kiwi, Extra and Meny) The room can be given semifurnished (just the wardrobe) or furnished (+ table and chair).
