It is suitable both for families and students that would like to live in a quiet area. The apartment is located in a quite area but it is also close to bus stations that allow easy access to the center or campuses of NTNU. Parking space in the courtyard is also available. However, some of the furniture may be available upon arrangement. The apartment is available from September 1st, but an earlier take over could also be arranged.
