Spacious and light 8th floor 82 kvm apartment shared with 1 other person Available for move in any time between March 1 - April 1.My lovely roommate is moving out because she bought her own place, so I am looking for someone to sign a new lease with for this apartment in Majorstuen/Colosseum! Note that it is the ROOM that is 15 meters, and the entire apartment is 82 meters! <3About the apartment: It’s a very light 8th floor apartment, 82m2, with a balcony and a gas fireplace. It comes furnished/partly furnished (there is some flexibility here). It’s a 5 minute walk from the Majorstuen metro, tram and bus. Major plus: SATS Colosseum is in the basement, and they have a sauna! Frogner Park is basically across the street - you have views of the park from the balcony, and views of the city and the distant hills from the living room and bedrooms. The room that is available is a larger room with 2 closets (probably one could be removed for even more space) and room for a large bed, and a french balcony.About me: I’m a 30 y/o woman. I’m American, but I’ve been living in Norway for 5 years. I work remotely as a designer/marketer. Because of this, I sometimes work from home, but I’m also out at a co-working space at least a few times a week. I am into healthy living - yoga/training/mindfulness/outdoors as well as knitting, reading, music, traveling. I think I’m above average in terms of tidiness/cleanliness and I’m pretty quiet. I have friends over now and then, sometimes a small group but never a party.About you: I am looking for a female identifying flat mate around my age (25-35) who works or studies out of the house - though if you sometimes work from home, I’m very happy to share the desk and coordinate. You hopefully share at least one interest with me, so that we have something to talk about when we’re home together :) You also care about having a clean + tidy apartment, a calm living space, and open communication.
