Here you will find two complete bathrooms, as well as a kitchen. The apartment is located right next to Solli Plass in the direction of Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen. The park is just around the corner and with lots of popular shops in the immediate vicinity. There is proximity to the train if you need to commute. The subway that provides access to the market with good sports and recreation opportunities is also very close. If you have a car, there is the possibility of resident parking in the surrounding streets.Smoking/animals are not allowed in the home. Substance abuse, threatening behavior, domestic violence are NOT compatible with living in this housing community, and will result in termination of the tenancy.This is a collective for those of you who like to keep things clean and tidy around you. Residents must have the ability and willingness to maintain order and cleanliness, as well as perform simple maintenance (. changing light bulbs and batteries, tightening screws, changing shower hose/shower head and toilet seat, cleaning drains/drainage and reading/following instructions for appliances and equipment) both in their own room and in common areas.
