2 rooms apartment of 15 m² in Oslo

Room for rent (short term) I’m renting out a room in my apartment from February to April (flexible move in date). My roommate is going out of country for some months and will be back in May therefore I’d like to rent it out. The apartment is located 7 mins walk from the tbane and bus stop. It’s a very quiet and calm area that is not too far from the center. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. My preference is to have to a female flatmate, but I am open to having someone who is clean, tidy and doesn’t make a lot of noise. I’d prefer if you are a working individual or are studying. You have access to the whole apartment. My request is to just clean up after yourself. :) Electricity will be divided between the two of us - it usually ranges from kr. TV and Internet are included in the rent.About me: I am 29F. I work full-time as a marketing manager at a startup. I go to the office 2-3 days a week and work from home occasionally. I am very tidy, clean and quiet. I don’t have friends over. I am respectful and communicative in other matters. Please send a message if you’re interested.
