Room for rent beside Busstasjon (city center). We welcome a new roommate to a 3 bedroom apartment.A normal symmetrical shape 10 square meter clean, fully furnished, and spacious room for rent, in a safe, and quiet neighbourhood.The room looks just exactly as it looks in the pictures, just as the rest of the apartment, all pictures are just recently taken.The apartment is located right next to Folkeuniversitetet, with a short walking distance to:REMA 1000 right beside the apartment.Busstasjon and Bybane Nygård light rail 5 min.Sammen city 3 min, SATS 3 min, EVO 10 min, Nygårdsparken 5 min, city center 5 min; all of them in walking distance.The building has a spacious well-functioning elevator, and wide staircase as well.We live in a quiet environment, with privacy and plenty of space for you to feel safe, relaxed, and in peace at home.We are looking for a serious roommate who works, or is studying, a person with structure, to keep a peaceful, clean, and safe environment around.The building does not allow dogs/cats, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.You’ll be sharing the apartment with Luca IT adult man, and Adrian (me) adult man studying culinary arts at the city center. And you could be our 3rd roommate.The electricity share comes monthly and is about 500kr on winter, and lower the rest of the year.There’s a chance to move by the 17th of April with no additional cost, except electricity share for the period of occupation, the normal monthly payments run from the 1st of May.An 12, 000kr deposit is required + the first month rent payment at least a week before moving in.This is a quiet apartment for a person searching for privacy, and tranquility. You won’t have cleaning routines, but you’re expected to be hygienic, and keep the place at standard.Do you have a question?, special request?, anything?
