1 room room of 10 m² in Trondheim

Hi! I'm Alvaro and I'm subletting this room to anyone who needs a room for a short period of time (6 months). It is situated 5 minutes away from Gløshaugen which makes it ideal for students or if you are working at NTNU/SINTEF. Berg studentby, Gløshaugen and Jonsvannsveien busstopp are within walking distance and the closest store is Bunnpris. The apartment has a quite big room that includes a 120 cm bed (possible to have the mattress too), wardrobe, desk and chair. The common areas include a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen/living room and an outside barbeque hut that is shared with the neighbours (with which we have communication and sometimes do activities together). The apartment has 4 rooms, so you will share with a French guy and 2 Norwegians. All of them very nice and friendly. If you are interested, let me know and you can come see the house anytime!
