Room available from May 1st in shared flat. The flat is 55 m2 and furnished. It is located on the ground floor of the landlords' house. There are 2 bedrooms, a big living room with a semi-open kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a garden to the house. Oven and washing machine. 6 minutes walk to Sørhallet bus stop (line 2/3) Right next to Sørmarka forest el not included, wi-fi included, pets not allowed, non-smoker. I, who live here, am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is leaving. My name is Aurélien, I am 23 from France. I moved to Stavanger in August 2024 to work as a subsea engineer. I'm calm and social. I enjoy hiking, football, skiing and photography amongst other things. I have lived in various flatshares in different countries and I'm easy to live with.
