1 room room of 9 m² in Oslo

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my apartment from January to June/start of July 2025. The room is 9 square meters plus balcony, with or without a bed. The apartment has a spacious and pleasant living room and kitchen. Large parts of it - including the bathroom - are newly renovated. The location is central, with bus stops right outside the door and a 15-minute walk to Oslo Central Station. Animals welcome :) The room costs 12,000 a month, including electricity, heating and internet. You will be living with me, Bárður Poulsen. I am a 35-year-old man, who comes from the Faroe Islands but has lived in Norway for 13 years. I am a freelance musician, which means that I am away for parts of the year. I like making food, going to concerts and reading.
