1 room room of 8 m² in Oslo

The room is for rent between the 5th of February and the 31st of July, with the possibility of extending afterwards. It is a super cozy and spacious apartment. We have a very large living room and kitchen. It has a spacious sofa, a TV with a PS4 and a dining area that fits 6 people. We also have a dishwasher, a fridge and a nice cooking area. We have cooking equipment. It is connected to a big balcony, with a nice view of Holmenkollen. It has a toilet and a separate shower. We also have a washing machine. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. All of them are on the opposite side from the living room, so they stay quiet even when there are people over. The building has bike parking in the basement, and the trash is right outside. The room itself is about 8m2. It is now furnished with a single elevated bed, a small desk and a chair. You can see all of them in the photos, The apartment is very central, only 8 minutes away from the Majorstuen subway. It's a quiet area, with a corner store 2 minutes away and an Extra 5 minutes away. We are: Myself Gianluca, and: Nimesh (28). From Sri Lanka, he works as a software developer. He likes cooking, watching TV series and going to the gym Pranav (25). I'm from the US, also work as a software developer, and I like cooking, reading and watching TV. Leyre (27). We also like to cook dinners together from time to time. We might throw small gatherings every now and then, but nothing too loud. The price includes water and heating (radiator), but not electricity or internet. We're looking for someone to join us, in their 20s or early 30s, clean and who respects the common areas.
