We are sub renting some of our rooms during spring/summer 2025, in our large and cosy flat :) Important info: - Electricity: 150 NOK (summer) to 500 NOK (winter) per month - Internet: 150 NOK per month - The rooms are fully furnished (120cm bed, nightstand, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp) Rooms: - Room 2, free from - appx. 9 sqm - 6950kr - Room 3, free from - appx. 9 sqm - 6950kr - Room 4, free from - appx. 7 sqm - 6750kr - Room 6, free from - appx 10sqm - 6950kr The flat is central, located 100 meters from the Bakkegata bus stop (3 lines + night busses) around which you will find various grocery stores (Bunnpris, Rema 1000), as well as many options to dine out or grab a coffee/drink. 100 meters the other way will bring you to the Festningsparken park (useful for a quick run 🙌) A lot of space, a sauna, a cinema room, a huge terrace where to do BBQ, two living rooms, a bathroom (one additional shower by the sauna) and two toilets. The flat is bright and modern, with a welcoming parquet floor. About the current roommates, we enjoy training and mountain sports, cooking together, playing or listening to good music... It depends a bit on who you ask! We're searching for people eager to socialize (either in english or på norsk!), up for some activities and parties every now and then, but also not afraid to organize for chores and house rules.
