Room avaiable in a nice collective for a girl who is full-time student and under 30 years old. 🌼 From 1 January 2025 to 31 July 2025. The apartment is centrally located in Torshov. The nearest bus stop (20,30) is approx. 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to the tram (11, 12, 18). The beautiful Torshovdalen is just a stone's throw away.🌳🍁 Only 100 meters away is a Coop Extra and 10 min away a Rema1000. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment consists of a nice group of 7 girls. There is space to be social in common areas and privately in their own room. All the girls are Norwegian, I’m the only international student in the group. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, in the main bathroom we have a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a large common area with a living room and kitchen that you share with the collective. In the kitchen you can find 2 frigdes, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. The price for rent will be NOK 8,400. The rental period starts on and the current contract ends on . But it is also possible to start the rental from mid-December.
