English (Norwegian further down): Modern student housing rented out to a student in the period 1.August 2025 to 31.December 2025. Flexible regarding the rent period, meaning the rent can start as early as July 2025 and end as late as January 2026, though the details need to be discussed. I am seeking a renter for the autumn semester 2025, due to an exchange in this semester. Only prerequisite is that the renter is a student/exchange student at UiT, Norges Arktiske Universitet. This is because the owner, Samskipnaden, has made it a requirement that only students can rent a student housing here. Note that there can only be one renter living in the dormitory full-time. The dormitory consists of one personal bathroom and one personal bedroom. The kitchen and living room are shared with 14 other students. Furthermore, the laundry is shared with other students in the building and one other building. It consists of around 9 washing machines and 7 dryers.
