1 room room of 11 m² in Trondheim

I am subletting my 11.1 m2 bedroom in the SIT apartment Singsakerbakken 8 in the Nedre Singsakerslette student village. To be able to rent this room you must be a student. You will be living together with 3 kind flatmates who are all students at NTNU. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. The flat is rather small but perfect for someone who values a good location over a very spacious flat. Walking Distance less than 5 min. to the Campus Gløshaugen, to the SIT Gym, to the grocery store Bunnpris and to the student club studentersamfundet and walking Distance to the City Center (<15min) and the beautiful district Bakklandet (<10min). I will take a study break and thus subletting my fully furnished room from mid November to July 2025. Priority to students who can rent it the full period. The pieces of furniture are: Desk, Office chair, Bed, Bedside Table, big shelf, wardrobe, lamp and desk lamp. There is a separate storage room (If there's furniture you don't want to keep in the room we can store it there),where I also will store some of my own belongings.
