1 room room of 85 m² in Oslo

I'm subletting my room in a warm and social collective in Grünerløkka while I'm away for six months. I'm looking for someone responsible who will enjoy the space, the collective, and take care of them while experiencing Oslo in spring and summer. The room is 10m² and comes furnished with a big bed, a wardrobe, siesta armchair, red rug, lamps, a heater, and a small Chinese Money Plant. There’s extra storage in the bathroom, basement, and under the bed. The apartment is 85m² with four bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom w/separate shower and toilet, plus a drying/storage room. It’s in the heart of Grünerløkka, right by Birkelunden, with easy access to trams and everything the neighborhood has to offer. The collective consists of Mats (28), a part-time worker and adventure-seeker; Mira (25), a school teacher with a contagious laugh; Frode (29), a political science student and film lover; and Luna (11), a tiny princess of a dog who loves cuddles. We enjoy socializing, wine nights, and a cozy atmosphere, but parties happen elsewhere.
