1 room room of 20 m² in Trondheim

Hello, I am subletting my room for spring semester as i am graduating in December. So i am looking to sublet it from January til end of July 2025. I will let all furnitures and plants for free. Possibility to get them out before if you prefer except the coach, bed and white desk cause they are owned by the owner. Electricity and washing machine, dryer and dishwasher included. The kitchen is already furnished too. Practical house in the middle of everything. Bus stop five minute away to get to Dragvoll (25min), Moholt (18min) or the city center (10min). Kitchen and bathroom shared with another person but for now the other room has been unoccupied since 2 months, but the lady upstairs come to have breakfast and diner. Possibility to park bike in the garage. I am also planning to sell my bike so i can do a price with the room. 5 min away from Sirkus shopping center. 10 min away from Korksvika beach by bike. 10min away walk from City Lade. Possibility to discuss with the owner to have a pet. No smoker. A balcony. Nice view on the fjord from the kitchen. Vi ligger på Persaunet, og bussløypa mellom sentrum og Dragvoll går forbi her. Det er nært DMMH, HIST og Lærerskolen. 1-årskontrakt, (depositum er 3 x månedsleie). Det er lyst, og med kjøkken og bad i hver etasje. Det er 2 hybler og fellesrom i 2. etasje, og 2 hybler i 3. etasje. Klesvask og tørk i kjelleren, sentralstøvsuger, super-bredbånd, TV, sykkelparkering i garasje. Ikke-røyk og kildesortering på eiendommen. (Vi to bor selv i 1. etg m/ 2 hunder.) Please
