This is 3 bed room apartment and we are subletting one room for single person who is not smoker. Rent will be 6500 (pathway heater, internet and electricity) and deposit is one month rent 6000. Washing machine, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, dishes, dresser, dining table and working table with chair are available in this apartment. We are looking for short or long term person. We may charge (200 to 400 extra) during winter depending on electricity used.
