Hei, The apartment is located in Heimdal (Lundåsen), and is extremely well connected (5 minutes on foot) to the bus stop of buses 1 and 2, where you can reach the whole city. The apartment has a maximum of 3 bedrooms available (potentially 4, one more for the landlord's guests). Current room situation (to understand where each room is located, please look at the picture with the drawing of the apartment): - Room 1: available from - Room 2: not for rent - Room 3: rented - Room 4: used normally as an office Internet and electricity are included in the rent (electric car charging and DEFA systems are possible with an extra). Rooms will not be rented to people under the age of 18. The rooms are rented fully furnished, with a cm or cm bed. Everybody will also have a personal wardrobe. All the rooms have personal heating (you set your preferred temperature). Perks: - 500 Mbit/s Fiber Internet with QoS (quality of service) technology - Platting - Cosy typical Norwegian house - A very precise contract that regulates the life in the apartment, a guarantee of your sleep and the possibility to study (and sometimes pre-party) in the apartment - Separated WC and Shower bathrooms - All kitchen utensils provided - Living room with 75" inch TV - Digital lock for the main door (no need for keys) Note on the living room: use of the living room will not be included in the contract, however, you can ask me and I can allow tenants to use it sometimes. For those who have a BankID and a Norwegian bank account, the deposit is paid into a regular deposit account, usually either in Sparebank 1 or Danske Bank. The deposit will always be equivalent to 3 months of rent. A private parking spot is available for 700 NOK per month. There is the possibility to charge electric cars for (350 NOK for each charge in the summer, 500 NOK in the winter), but it has to be sporadic/not regular charging, if you need regular fast charging of your car let me know and we can see if we can arrange it.
