1 room room of 115 m² in Oslo

Hello, We are looking for a new roommate in our nice centrally located apartment in Grunnerlokka (8 Nedre Gate). The flat is about 110 square meters and the free bedroom is about 15m2. The total rent is 11500noks everything included. The move-in date can be flexible but around mid-april would be great. You would be living with a guy, Maxime (26) and a girl, Dalanda (29), both French. And a cat, Fia. Max is an engineer at Siemens and Dalanda a Project Controller at OneSubsea. We are looking for a social person who enjoys hanging out and occasionally sharing dinner and drinks. The flat is on the top floor (5th) with a direct access to the rooftop (only accessible to the few apartments of the fifth floor). There is an elevator and a secured bicycle area. It’s a 2 story flat. Dalanda’s room and the common areas, including a spacious living room are downstairs, while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. PS: Pictures were taken during the night time but as the flat is under the roof, it is actually quit bright! Ta
