Looking for someone that works commute in Bergen, or needs a part-time home! Because of the size of the room. Small room in big house apartment:) Two floors. Cheap rent and deposit. Our old flatmate is moving out - he lived in Trondheim and worked in Bergen some weeks per month. We are looking for something like this now as well. My friend and I live here together, and we are looking for one (or two nice fellow collectivists!:) We are both doing masters at the art academy, and working in a bar on the side. He is 30 years old and I am 26. We enjoy cooking, community (but also alone time), art (obviously) and nature. The available room is a small but big window and bright, 5 sqm (3,900 per month). Storage is also possible in other parts of the home (clothes etc.). Otherwise, there are lots of common areas. Large kitchen with dining room, living room and loft living room + loft nook that can also be used as a guest room. And also access to a garden spot. Good sunny conditions when it peeks out! A nice view of Store Lungegårdsvannet and Løvstakken. It is within walking distance to the city centre, the Art College, Haukeland and Haraldsplass hospitals, the Faculty of Dentistry, etc. The whole district has become even more central after the upgrading of the Møllendal area, the location is now close to the "Fløen" stop on the new light rail route' (one stop - two minutes from the city centre). Short walking distance also to several shops (including open on Sundays), as well as the café "Møllendal Fetevare".
